Indication

- Hormone replacement therapy with adrenal failure.

- For patients who do not take medication or in emergency situations, when rapid action is needed, such as in adrenal insufficiency (due to Addison's syndrome or after the removal of the adrenal glands, as a result of sudden cessation of corticosteroid therapy or the adrenal glands do not respond to the increase of stress in patients) and in some emergency cases due to allergies: asthma and shock, especially anaphylaxis.

- Collagen disease: Lupus erythematosus, acute angiocarditis in rheumatosis, polymyoclonus.
