Indication

- Methylprednisolone is indicated in nonspecific therapy requiring the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of glucocorticoid for: rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, some vasculitis; temporal arteritis; periarteritis nodosa, sarcoidosis, bronchial asthma, chronic ulcerative colitis, hemolytic anemia, granulocytopenia, and severe allergic reactions including anaphylaxis; For treatment of cancer, such as acute leukemia, lymphoma, breast cancer and prostate cancer.

- In treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.
