The indication and use of adrenalin must be made by an experienced physician.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Emergency of anaphylactic shock and anaphylactoid shock (with systemic vasodilatation and low cardiac output), cardiac arrest emergency.
- Malignant asthma attack (in combination with other drugs such as glucocorticoid, salbutamol)
- Use endoscopic injections to prevent mucosal bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract.
- Coordinate with local and spinal anesthesia to reduce systemic absorption and prolong the duration of action.
