Indication

- Treatment of peripheral neuropathy due to vitamin B6 deficiency

- Treatment of acute poisoning causing convulsions or coma due to overdose of isoniazid, hydralazin, cycloserin, poisonous fungus Gyromitrine poisonous Gyromitrin.

- Treatment of genetic pyridoxine dependency syndrome in infants and young children.
